Returns & Exchanges UAE
We are happy to accept any returns and exchanges on on any garment that is unworn and with tags and labels still attached and in its original packaging. If you wish to make a return, you must inform us and the return be arranged within 7 days of receiving the order.
If you are based in the UAE, simply email hello@byalle.com and we will send our courier to your location to collect the item. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a response from our customer support team.
If you prefer a refund, payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item.
Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are covered by the customer, if credit note or exchange is chosen then we will bear the shipping costs.
Please note SALE items are refunded with a credit note only.
Please note that if you have paid with cash on delivery and you wish to return your item, a credit note will be provided only.
If you prefer an exchange, we will send another item out to you within 1 day, after we receive back the original item to our warehouse.
Please note, after the 7 days time window, we cannot offer a refund, instead we can offer a store credit up to 10 days post the delivery date.

We are happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn and with tags and labels still attached. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.
Payments will be credited back to the original purchasers credit card. Returns for refund are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. Please note SALE items are refunded via credit note only.
Card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
We’re happy to process store credit refunds and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 1-2 days of processing.
We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

Exchanges
We are happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and with tags and labels still attached. This applies to any item dispatched to us within 10 days of receipt by you.
Exchanges take around 1-2 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
Once we receive the original item to our warehouse, we will send out your new item within 1 day of processing.
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by us and will be the customers responsibility.
